Mark has been Director of the Sustainable Harborough Trust since its set up in 2018. He was formerly a Director with Edible16, a local food online shopping service based in Market Harborough during the years of its inception and first years of trading. He was also a member of the Project Partnership Board providing advice and guidance to the lottery funded Sustainable Harborough Project, which ended in 2017.
Mark is currently the Secretary of the Transition Town Market Harborough Group, a community group of volunteers, which organises and promotes sustainability based activities in the Harborough area.
Mark is a keen gardener and volunteers on a regular basis to support the local community gardens at Waterloo Farm Cottage and at Lenthall House in Harborough. On a sunny day he can found on his allotment tending the vegetables.
